STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
We process orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are fully customized and made
to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to process and ship. We are NOT responsible for
any carrier delays or untimeliness, and standard shipping can potentially take anywhere from 1–3
weeks. Please consider this when placing your order if needed for a specific need-by date.
Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email and/or text with tracking details. Our
production process is multistage, which means we are unable to predict or guarantee an exact
product completion date and therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date. We can only provide
estimated production and shipping times.
** Any time-sensitive orders placed with standard shipping are at the customer’s risk, as
we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for that shipping method. **
Changes / Cancellations / Returns & Exchanges
Each item is individually customized and made to order. We strive to prepare your order for
processing as soon as possible, and it will be sent to production quickly. Because of the nature of
these items, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges.
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos
of both the damaged items and the original packaging. Be sure to keep the original packaging, as
it may be needed for claims or quality assessment.
IMPORTANT: Please double check your personalization, making sure every detail is exactly as
you wish it to appear on your product – including spelling, spaces, punctuation, apostrophes, and
letter case. The information provided will be copied exactly as written into the design. We do not
edit or make assumptions regarding the text.
In order to process your order in a timely manner, if font preferences or engraving details are left
blank or not clearly chosen, Whittle Creations may select suitable font styles and layouts at our
discretion to complete your order.
